First you might ask what is Hatha Yoga? Hatha is the first type of yoga taught centuries ago in ancient India. It is the seed of all types of yoga. Yoga means "to yoke", or become one with the body mind and spirit. Hatha yoga incorporates three components: Meditation, Asana (postures or poses), and Savasana (deep relaxation.) Healing Hatha Yoga is my heart centered and individualized practice that I offer to my clients. This practice incorporates the addition of chanting, healing touch, as well as all the traditional components of Hatha Yoga.

Healing Vinyasa Yoga is a practice where the asana ( postures or poses ) flow with seamless transitions synchronized with a steady breath. This practice incorporates meditation, flow, and deep relaxation. I have a heart centered and strength building approach to this practice, allowing for personal empowerment. My method of this practice also incorporates the addition of chanting, as well as healing touch with assists throughout your practice to provide opening and organic alignment.
-ALIGN & FLOW 60MIN OR 90 MIN
Align & Flow is a practice similar to Vinyasa where the asana practice flows with seamless transitions synchronized with a steady breath. The special addition in this class offering is a strong focus on inner and outer alignment. Each Class will focus on the teaching of the yamas and niyamas (the ethical guidelines of a yogic life.) We will meditate, align and flow, deeply relax and create self empowerment.
-RESTORATIVE YOGA 90 MIN
Restorative Yoga is another offshoot of Hatha Yoga. My method of Restorative includes the support of blocks, bolsters, and blankets as well as healing touch with essential oils. This practice is a series of 7 postures during which you are gifted the opportunity to reach a deep state of relaxation and maybe even homeostasis for deep cellular repair. I also incorporate Energy Therapy for added assistance in your personal healing.
-YOGA FOR MS ( MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS ) 60 OR 90 MIN
Yoga for MS is a practice tailored to the individual with Multiple Sclerosis. We use active postures, restorative postures, and deep meditation that allows the individual to reconnect neural pathways to improve nerve to muscle connectivity, as well as deep relaxation. This practice also empowers the client to live a whole life free from limitation.
-BABY & ME YOGA ( INFANTS 3-12 MONTHS) 60 MIN
Baby and Me Yoga is a wonderful way for the new caregivers and baby to begin their conscious journey together. We will nurture a unique relationship between you and your baby, create conscious connection through yoga and healing music, learn healthy digestive massage and sleep pattern tools for baby, improve strength and flexibility for caregiver, and begin a peaceful awakening into the beautiful new relationship being developed.

Toddler Yoga will incorporate all aspects of Hatha Yoga through play, music, movement, and joy! This practice allows toddlers to get in tune with their bodies, minds, and spirit in a fun way!

Kids Yoga incorporates all aspects of Hatha Yoga though high energy and fun! The students will take a journey during which we will launch into themes or "Bhava" that will inspire the young student. Through the adventure these students take they will learn how to: Become better balanced beings, use their voices to communicate effectively, quiet and still their minds, become comfortable and confident in themselves, and find the joy and fun that Yoga has to offer!

Teen & Tween Yoga will incorporate all aspects of Hatha Yoga through high energy, focus, self empowerment and self awareness.
